Welcome to Paper Crafting World (http://www.papercraftingworld.com) and Cooking With Cricut’s (http://www.cookingwithcricut.com)
Home Décor Blog Hop! Our Design Teams are so excited to bring you a
two-day hop that focuses on projects for your home – that’s right no
cards or scrapbook layouts in this hop! You should have arrived here
from visiting Jennie B at http://www.javajencreations.blogspot.com/ . If you’ve joined us in
mid-Hop and would like to check out all the other fantastic projects
head on over Melinda’s Paper Crafting World (http://www.cookingwithcricut.com) and start at the beginning.
For my Home Décor project I decided to make a decorated box for my big
bling rings. They were all over my bathroom counter and getting dusty
and that just won't do!! I bought the box at Wal~Mart in the stationary
section for $5.00.
This is the view from the side. I used the Storybook Cartridge for the decorations.
I added some rhinestone flowers and black diamond stickles to make it blingy on the outside.
Here are all my big bling rings! I cut pieces of quilt batting to make it soft for my rings to lay on! Now it is sitting on my dresser and all my pretties are safe from dust ;)
We hope you’ll link up your Home Décor project for a chance at
winning one of our giveaways. One winner will be chosen by random draw
and three others will be selected by the Design Team. Head on over to
Cooking With Cricut (http://www.cookingwithcricut.com) for the guidelines and the link up.
Thanks for stopping by! Head on over and check out what Michelle at http://www.michelles-crafty-creations.blogspot.com/ has cooked up!

Cooking With Cricut #81 Card Outreach
This week our challenge over at Cooking With Cricut was to create thinking of you cards for 6 year old Emily and 13 year old Patty. Both of these little girls are battling cancer.
I took a 6x12 inch strip of paper and cut it at angles to make the card. Then I scored it at 4 and 8 inches to make it fold up. I cut the girls names using storybook shadow at 2 inches. I also used storybook to cut the purple scalloped circles.
Hope this brightens their day!

Cooking With Cricut #80 Easter Theme
For this challenge I chose to make these cute little Easter Baskets for my nieces and nephews on my husbands side! We are all going to be together this weekend for the first time in 2 years! So EGG~CITED ;) hehe
I cut the baskets with Plantin school book. The pink baskets were cut at 12 1/2. The blue baskets were cut at 6 1/4.
I cut the bunnies at 3 1/2 and then used my pink gel pen and my black pen to accent the faces.
